HAAS has partnered with esteemed H.R. consultancy, XL Communications, to develop an industry leading Benefits Portal for Montefiore Hospitals. Featuring a powerful CMS (Content Management System), the Portal serves as a one-stop, self service tool for employee benefits information. It provides employees with everything from onboarding and training videos, to detailed and user specific benefits information, as well as integration with their retirement and wellness programs.
For Employers, the Portal enables efficient and direct benefits communications. The CMS is integrated with the main HRIS systems enabling secure and precise messaging to different employee groups, easy management and content creation and targeted email that can reach any subset of the 25,000+ employees.
